HYBIIT (HYBRID INTELLIGENT INTENSIVE TRAINING)

HYBRID

Meaning a combination of all types of exercises such as, Interval training, weight training, cardio training, plyometric training, cross training, aerobic and anaerobic training, agility training, and circuit training.

INTELLIGENCE

We do whats best for all body types. Healthy intelligent training is what HYBIIT has to offer, the impact and the resistance that is given to your body everyday takes notice. It all comes down to 4 types of intelligent  training; endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility.

INTENSIVE

Is an extreme period of physical activity that will have you doing a full body burn out, dripping in sweat , and having loads of fun during your workout leaving you satisfied. 

Before GO TIME!

1st.

You will check in and get to know your trainer of the day! You will get associated with everyone around you for an awesome environment, and get you sorted for the workout.

2nd.

Trainer and HTFTV will go over the warm up and the workout exercises you will be performing through out the hour. 

3rd.

TAOSTY TIME and get a full body warm up before the real deal.

4th.

TIME TO WORK the HYBIIT WAY!  Our team and HTFTV will push you and guide you through a enjoyable sweat dripping workout! LETS GO!

5th.

After your killer workout, heart rate will be brought down with a cool down to celebrate the awesome job you performed. HIGH FIVE!
